Russ serves as a C-suite executive, often during an intense start-up, merger, or turnaround phase of a company's life cycle, working to stabilize a situation such that another executive can then be brought in to manage the operations going forward.
Russ advises on sell-side processes as well as buy-side due diligence efforts - licensed through a registered Broker Dealer in New York, Leonis Partners. Leonis supplies deal team support as needed depending on the size and complexities of the transaction.
After consulting on a go-forward strategy, Russ will also assist in recruiting a team to drive the execution, and capital, if required, to bridge the entity to safety.
